Munchkin Cats are a breed of Cat which are notable for their short leg length.
Their very short legs give the Munchkin Cat a rather long and low appearance.
Munchkin Cats also have the cute habit of sitting upright like a Meerkat, surveying their surrounds.
The Munchkin Cat is a medium sized cat; moderate in body type and head shape.
Munchkin Kittens can come in a myriad of different Coat patterns and also Coat Types and lengths.
At MinnyMees Munchkins, we concentrate mainly on Colourpoints with stunning Blue eyes.
We occasionally have Solid Coloured Lilac and Chocolate Kittens as well.
We prefer the beautiful plush look, that is semi-long hair with easy care coat.

Munchkin Cats can also be born with long legs, where they are sometimes referred to as Stiltskin Munchkins or Stiltskin Cats.
Although their legs are shorter, they have shown no obvious health issues and behave very much like any other Cat.
To ensure that our initial breeding cats were healthy, we even had them x-rayed.
All our Munchkin Kittens are Vet checked prior to leaving our care.
In all the years we have had Munchkins, we have never had one single health issue with them related to their short legs.
